Math Homework:

40 Math Game questions and answers due this Friday - This is just the rough draft. If the students are already on the final version of their cards that is fantastic, too.

The math game is going to be due Friday, June 9th but we are doing the bulk of the work in class so be sure to send your students in with materials they will need to create their games. We will start with this next week and continue on from there. I am looking forward to seeing their masterpieces and playing the games as well. : )

No Science Homework - Today in class we did an observation lab observing physical properties of Ice and Water.

Supply List for Math and Science

SCIENCE:

PENCILS AND PENS
2 to 3 ONE SUBJECT NOTEBOOKS OR A THREE OR FOUR SUBJECT NOTEBOOK IF PREFERRED. WE USE OUR NOTEBOOKS EVERY DAY.

GLUE STICKS
COLORED PENCILS
YOUR OWN PAIR OF SCISSORS IF YOU WOULD LIKE. MY CLASSROOM SCISSORS ARE SOMETIMES TOO SMALL FOR YOUR GROWING HANDS. (TO BE USED FOR BOTH MATH AND SCIENCE CLASS)

MATH:

LOTS OF PENCILS (IT IS MATH) WITH ERASERS. NO MECHANICAL PENCILS PLEASE UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LEAD. I FIND THEY ARE A NUISANCE AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY LEAD TO GIVE OUT.

2 to 3 ONE SUBJECT NOTEBOOKS OR A THREE OR FOUR SUBJECT NOTEBOOK IF PREFERRED. WE USE OUR NOTEBOOKS EVERY DAY.

1 TWO POCKET FOLDER. IT WILL STAY IN THE CLASSROOM AND BE USED FOR MATH FOLDER ACTIVITIES SO YOU MAY WANT TO FIND A UNIQUE FOLDER THAT YOU CAN EASILY FIND.

GLUE STICKS, COLORED PENCILS, AND SCISSORS FOR BOTH MATH AND SCIENCE CLASS

DRY ERASE MARKERS FOR USE ON INDIVIDUAL WHITE BOARDS. I LOVE TO USE THESE AND SO DO THE STUDENTS.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT MANY OF THESE ITEMS WILL PROBABLY NEED TO BE REPLENISHED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR.
